Je nach Modell handelt es sich um einen externen Sicherungsautomaten oder interne Sicherungen.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> INPUT RF FILTER (VORLADESCHALTUNG). <\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nW\u00e4hrend der Installation: Diese Platine bietet ein automatisches Vorladesystem bei der Erstinstallation, indem sie die internen Kondensatoren des Ger\u00e4ts aufl\u00e4dt und den Einschaltstrom begrenzt. Danach schlie\u00dft das System die Stromquelle direkt an den Wechselrichter an.<br \/>\nW\u00e4hrend des Betriebs: Diese Platine sorgt f\u00fcr die automatische Kontrolle der Versorgungsspannung. Wenn die Spannung etwa 15% unter das Abschaltsignal sinkt, wird die DC-Quelle automatisch getrennt. Sobald die Spannung wieder einen akzeptablen Wert erreicht, schaltet die Vorladeschaltung den Wechselrichter automatisch wieder zu.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> INPUT COIL<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 DC-Eingangsfilter. Er ist direkt auf der Vorladeplatine montiert und dient dazu, das Rauschen an der DC-Stromquelle zu reduzieren (Anforderung im Telekommunikationsbereich).<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> POLARITY DIODE<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Verpolungsschutzdiode. Direkt auf der Vorladeplatine montiert, bietet sie Schutz bei falscher Polung der DC-Quelle (l\u00f6st den Eingangssicherungsautomaten aus).<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> POWER UNIT (SINUS-WECHSELRICHTER) <\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Die elektronische Schaltung nutzt Pulsweitenmodulation (PWM); sie wandelt die Gleichspannung der Batterien um und erzeugt eine neue Niederspannungs-Sinuswelle. Der Ausgangstransformator hebt die Spannung dann auf den gew\u00fcnschten Wert (230V, 110V etc.) an. Modernste Mikroprozessortechnik steuert die MOSFET-Endstufen pr\u00e4zise, um h\u00f6chste Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit bei hohen Anlaufstr\u00f6men zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Der Mikroprozessor steuert zudem die Netzsynchronisation und die R\u00fcckkopplung f\u00fcr eine extrem hohe dynamische Stabilit\u00e4t der Ausgangsspannung.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> SW FILTER <\/em><\/strong><em> \u2013 <\/em> Wandelt die vom Schaltkreis erzeugte Rechteckwelle in eine Sinuswelle um.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> OUTPUT TRANSFORMER<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Wandelt die Wechselspannung aus der Spule in die gew\u00fcnschte Ausgangsspannung um.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> RFI OUTPUT FILTER<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 EMI-Ausgangsfilter.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> STATIC BY-PASS <\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Diese mikroprozessorgesteuerte Platine erm\u00f6glicht es, die Versorgung der Last auf ein Notstromnetz umzuschalten. Die Umschaltung erfolgt unterbrechungsfrei mittels SCR (Thyristoren).<br \/>\nDer Bypass wird aktiviert bei:<br \/>\nDC-Ausfall, DC-Spannung zu niedrig, Wechselrichter-Defekt, \u00dcberlast, \u00dcbertemperatur.<br \/>\nSobald die St\u00f6rung behoben ist, kehrt das Ger\u00e4t automatisch in den Normalbetrieb zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <em> CONTACTOR MAINS BOARD <\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Diese Platine wird nur verwendet, wenn ein Bypass installiert ist.
