VSE1xxWM – SINGLE-PHASE ELECTROMECHANICAL VOLTAGE STABILIZERS Wall Mounted – PV compatible from 5kVA to 10kVA

The VSE-WM project was born from a widespread modern need: the prevalence of domestic photovoltaic (PV) systems makes the power grid highly unstable and subject to production fluctuations. This creates a necessity to regulate voltage quickly and effectively, without the limitations imposed by energy feed-in to the grid, using a compact system capable of wall-mounted installation.

VSE stabilizers deliver constant voltage by correcting voltage drops and surges occurring on the grid or within the internal structure of the electrical system. Our voltage regulators operate automatically to adjust the voltage without any user intervention. Once the regulator is switched on, the mains voltage is continuously measured, and the necessary step-up/step-down operations are performed automatically, providing the system with the constant voltage required for correct operation. The servo-regulators consist of a variac, a servo-motor driving the variac, an electronic multimeter control unit managing the motor, and a booster transformer. The high torque of the motor allows for rapid correction thanks to a control system that responds promptly to voltage changes. Once regulation is complete, the servo-motor is de-energized by an electronic braking circuit. Electrical noise and transients do not interfere with the regulation. You can safely power any area requiring a stable electrical supply without issues.

The new VSE1-WM stabilizers offer features such as:

  • Pure sine wave RMS voltage regulation.
  • Prolonged overload protection and instantaneous protection.
  • High-precision AC voltage balancing.
  • Smooth operation on all loads from 0% to 100%.
  • Manual bypass mode without regulation.
  • Logging of input and output voltage limits.
  • Static, step-less output voltage, dynamically corrected.
  • When protections are triggered, it records the number of interventions and the reason for each.
  • Standard regulation is ± 1.5% (227.7V – 232.3V), stable when the input voltage is within range.
